BNSF Implementing Additional Safety Measures in Conjunction with FRA Emergency Order and Safety Advisory
The FRA issued an Emergency Order and Safety Advisory Aug. 2 in the wake of the recent tragic derailment in Lac Mègantic, Quebec. The measures outlined by the FRA and the voluntary actions BNSF is undertaking will ensure that all rail shipments on BNSF are handled as safely as possible. Read more.
