Coming soon in November, BNSF will launch a new Waybill Exceptions notification to assist you in learning how to bill rail equipment without errors to avoid potential order delays. This notification will give you information on how to remediate the errors through helpful links and next steps that are easy to follow and will apply to the following:
- No bill
- Invalid destination instructions
- Inaccurate weight
- Inaccurate load/empty status
To subscribe to the service, please go to BNSF.com > log into the Customer Portal > My Apps > Subscription Center > toggle the on bar next to Waybill Exceptions > and choose the 633s for which you would like to receive notifications.
